USTMA Motorcycle Tire Replacement Installation Poster Now Available

The U.S. Tire Manufacturers Association (USTMA) is offering a detailed step-by-step instructional poster to help tire service professionals safely demount and mount motorcycle tires. USTMA issues service and safety bulletins to share the most up-to-date best practices with service providers, but this is the first targeting motorcycle technicians.

The poster includes:

  • Extensive warning notices with important safety information for demounting and mounting motorcycle tires;
  • Reference material referrals for additional information and resources; and
  • “Always” and “Never” notations with photos that highlight important safety tips for tire service professionals.

USTMA also publishes demounting and mounting posters for passenger and light truck tires. The posters may be purchased from the Wall Charts tab of the Publications section of the USTMA website for $3.00, plus shipping and handling.
