USTMA is aware of the lawsuit recently filed by Earthjustice on behalf of Institute of Fisheries Resources and Pacific Coast Federation of Fishermen’s Association. As a matter of policy, USTMA does not comment on ongoing litigation. USTMA members are committed to tire safety, quality and the environment. Our members continue to research and develop alternative tire materials that ensure tire performance and do not compromise safety, consistent with our industry’s commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment.
